Through the Action Learning Model we will work on:

Fundamental Principles of Coaching, PFC” addresses the pillars of the discipline (precursors, models, competencies, real context of executive coaching) through 18 webinars of 120′ and 15 webinars of 90′ per week with supervised mentoring conversation practices, in which the participant develops the competencies according to the ICF global standards of reference.
Led by MCC credentialed coaches and PCC supervisors and mentors with extensive experience coaching in multiple languages and in multi-cultural settings internationally, PFC is differentiated by its practical approach from the outset and the variety of tools and models.

In addition to weekly personal reflection activities, 3 practice sessions chosen as the best of a series of deliveries (12 sessions in 3 deliveries during 4 months, 1 per month from the second month of the course) are evaluated with their respective transcripts, as required by the ICF.
Participants who pass the full program requirements of both modules (ACTP) are able to apply for their ACC (with 100 hours of coaching experience) or PCC (with 500 hours of coaching experience) credential directly through ICF Global, without submitting audio from the session. They will only have to comply with the rest of the
requirements established by the ICF.
